Return Policy

Cure Vidhi follows a strict no return policy. Once an order has been placed and successfully delivered, we do not accept returns of any kind. This policy is applicable to all products, whether opened or sealed.

We highly encourage our customers to go through the product details, ingredients, and usage instructions before placing an order to ensure that the product is suitable for their requirements.

Refund Policy

We also maintain a no refund policy. Once payment has been made and the order is processed, we do not issue any refunds unless specifically stated under the exceptions section below.

This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and preserve the quality and integrity of our Ayurvedic products.

Exceptions – Exchange/Replacement

Although we do not offer refunds or returns, we do ensure customer satisfaction in rare and genuine cases. If you receive a product that is:

• Physically damaged in transit

• Defective or broken

• Incorrect item delivered

• Expired or nearing expiration (less than 6 months)

We will deliver Replacement/Exchange within 7-10 days.

Conditions for exchange:

• You must raise a request within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product as proof.

• The product must not be used or tampered with.

• We will verify your claim and if found genuine, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
